The Role As the Head of App Ecosystem Engagement, you will drive our mission to scout, engage, and acquire high-potential B2C mobile apps. This pivotal role is suited for dynamic professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging strategic sourcing and partnership development to transform the mobile app industry.

Your Mission Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies to identify and engage premier indie app developers in the B2C sector. Sourcing and Acquisition: Manage the sourcing and acquisition funnel, ensuring a continuous flow of potential apps that align with our strategic objectives. Relationship Management: Conduct hands-on sourcing, research, and lead generation, and build strong relationships with app developers to facilitate successful negotiations and acquisitions. Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance KPIs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sourcing and acquisition processes. Digital Outreach: Lead innovative social media and online strategies to captivate indie developers and attract passive prospects. Data-Driven Sourcing: Collaborate closely with the marketing analytics team to refine sourcing efforts based on robust data-driven insights. Content and Outreach: Craft and implement content and outreach strategies that improve the developer journey, positioning Bluethrone as the preferred partner for app growth. Team Leadership: Oversee the sourcing team, enhancing team delivery and performance through agile methodologies and effective management.
