With a global reach but a deep local presence, Colt is big enough to deliver and small enough to care.Role title: ESG Data AnalystFunction: General Council - ESGReports to: Sustainability Reporting LeadLocation: Spain, India, UKRole purpose This role will form part of the ESG Team with specific responsibility for driving the centralisation and consistency of sustainability data. The key goal is to develop a structured, controlled, and integrated approach to sustainability data across all Colt functions as well as at a Group level - ensuring that we embed our sustainability agenda across the business. We want to use sustainability data to drive forward improvements and ensure transparency both for our internal stakeholders as well as our customers.You will be required to manage multiple complex data sets at initiative, project, or program level, therefore a high degree of time management and data analysis is needed. You will be responsible for stakeholder mapping, performance against objectives & target reporting against our science-based target roadmap and ESG metrics. Reporting of the carbon reduction work activities using appropriate data management skills and tools. Accurate reporting of progress through reports, dashboards, and creating business insights. Assisting with the establishment of sustainability data management governance structure to ensure robust updates, assurance and dashboards are available at Programme, SteerCo and Board level. Creating an effective engagement with colleagues from across the group will be pivotal, using their feedback and insights to inform the carbon reduction roadmap and ESG metrics. You will need to be a great communicator, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a transformative sustainability programme.Key accountabilities Structure the capture of sustainability metrics across all business functions to ensure central control.Deliver internal sustainability data governance structure to ensure central control of inputs and outputs.Responsible for the creation of centralised sustainability dashboards which provide an insight into performance against targets as well as improvement areas.Identify and implement new ways to visualise sustainability data which creates fresh insights to support our global operations, whilst always ensuring we are aligned with best practice.Develop material and run regular sessions for colleagues to communicate performance and the benefits for them and our customers through sustainability metrics.Validate carbon reductions and data at project and programme level and work alongside our consultants on science-based target roadmaps and Global data management system
