ESG Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Analyst to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a critical role in driving the centralization and consistency of sustainability data across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Structured Approach to Sustainability Data: Design and implement a centralized system for collecting, managing, and reporting sustainability data across all business functions.
- Manage Multiple Data Sets: Oversee the collection and analysis of complex data sets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Stakeholder Mapping and Reporting: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to gather data and insights, and develop reports to track progress against sustainability targets.
- Data Governance and Assurance: Establish and maintain a robust data governance structure to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sustainability data.
- Business Insights and Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop business insights and create engaging content to communicate sustainability performance and benefits.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, visualization, and management.
- Experience in ESG Reporting: Proven experience in collecting and reporting ESG data, including carbon accounting and sustainability metrics.
- Data Management Best Practices: Strong understanding of data management best practices, including data quality, governance, and assurance.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders.
- Business Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sustainability challenges.
