- Recent graduate in a discipline suitable for sustainability-related work (e.g., Environmental Sciences, Healthcare, Biology, Engineering, Economics).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to start in September 2024 in Barcelona and have work authorization in Spain without sponsorship.
- A 12-month graduate program with structured training, mentoring, and assessment.
