hace 5 horasDescripción**Perfil**:- Titulación en Ingeniería técnica o background técnico, preferentemente en sistemas o desarrollo de software.- Más de 5 años de experiência en el sector y al menos 2 años en un rol similar.Tareas Principales:- Definir e implementar una estrategia para impulsar cambios organizativos que favorezcan la entrega de valor.- Liderar el Way of Working (WoW) de los equipos.- Supervisar iniciativas clave que afecten a los equipos.- Identificar procesos ineficientes y proponer mejoras.- Promover una cultura de mejora continua.- Dirigir talleres sobre buenas prácticas y marcos organizativos.- Garantizar la visibilidad, reconocimiento y felicidad de los equipos.- Gestionar el talento de Engineering Management.- Definir y mantener el backlog y el roadmap.- Determinar el tamaño óptimo de los equipos y las habilidades requeridas.- Optimizar el proceso de onboarding y offboarding.- Gestionar el presupuesto asignado y las relaciones con empresas colaboradoras.- Monitorizar métricas asociadas a los equipos y buscar puntos de mejora.- Mejorar la comunicación y cooperación entre equipos.Horario y Ubicación:- Oficina flexible, con posibilidad de trabajo remoto. Las oficinas están en Coruña, con la opción de trasladarse a Galicia.Salario Estimado:- 50.000 a 55.000 euros anuales.Si estás interesado en unirte a un equipo dinámico y desafiante, esperamos tu solicitud**Requisitos**:- Experiência en gestión de personas y resolución de conflictos.- Habilidades organizativas y capacidad de adaptación.- Empatía y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.- Background técnico y experiência trabajando a nível estratégico.- Experiência en CI/CD y conocimiento de prácticas modernas de desarrollo de software.- Experiência en la entrega de programas/proyectos/productos.- Nível de inglés conversacional B2+.
