.En la actualidad BETWEEN cuenta con un equipo de 800 personas trabajando en los ámbitos de la industria del automóvil, aeronáutica, ferrocarril, Oil&Gas, retail, mundo del deporte, educación, etc. Actualmente estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y seleccionamos un/a Engineering Manager Estratégico con amplia experiencia velando por la entrega continua del Software y de valor , para un proyecto estable e indefinido en el sector retail y en Ecommerce. La persona seleccionada colaborará en un gran proyecto tecnológico bajo metodología ágil, con equipos colaborativos y no jerárquicos, con alto grado de proactividad y responsabilidad. Misión: Gestionar eficazmente las entregas de los productos dentro de marco ágil, liderando a su equipo de desarrollo en un entorno con arquitectura basada en microservicios. ¿Qué haré? Trabajar a nivel transversal velando por la entrega de valor. Identificar y corregir cualquier elemento dentro de los procesos habituales que pueda perjudicar la entrega con calidad funcional y técnica en los plazos establecidos y con un equipo motivado. Monitorizar la ejecución de la estrategia y gestionar y comunicar cualquier desvío del plan marcado. Definir y mantener estrategia y herramientas de comunicación general interna del equipo, entre equipos y también hacia fuera (OKRs, performance, roadmap, KPIs, Costes) enmarcada en la estrategia de la organización. Mantener salud de los equipos, reducir la rotación y velar por mantener una cultura de mejora continua. La estructura óptima del equipo para maximizar la entrega de valor, basándonos en métricas y el feedback del equipo. Objetivos: Empoderar a los equipos para conseguir autoorganización. Asegurar que las soluciones proporcionadas por el equipo cumplen los parámetros de calidad y se entregan en tiempo. Fomentar un ambiente de mejora continua y trabajar en la mejora de procesos, facilitando la labor a los integrantes del equipo. Abordar conflictos y facilitar conversaciones que permitan exponer enfoques alternativos para enriquecer los resultados. Gestionar proyectos trabajando con el equipo, clientes y stakeholders ejecutando los talleres/reuniones necesarios (Inception, Design Sprints, Lean Coffee ...) Reducir el time to market y mejorar continuamente la productividad del equipo utilizando siempre las métricas como base. Colaborar con los Product Owners, ayudándoles a definir roadmaps de producto y proyecto y traduciéndolos en historias de usuario si es necesario. Adquirir conocimiento y desarrollar una visión crítica del producto, teniendo en cuenta las métricas correspondientes para ayudar al resto de integrantes del equipo. Ayudar a los product owners y al equipo técnico a centrarse en sus tareas, gestión de producto y desarrollo respectivamente. Deberá ser el principal resolutor de problemas, riesgos o bloqueos.
