Level Description 'Technician' Leveling Guide consists of jobs that accomplish work through a specialized knowledge or skills gained through a combination of vocational education, training, apprenticeship (craft, skilled and semi-skilled), and experience. This career stream will be most commonly applied to manufacturing technician job profiles. Market Summary Provides problem resolution and technical assistance to customers. Impact • Applies advanced technical knowledge of methods, regulations, equipment, systems, controls, procedures, and/or essential regulations to assigned work. May begin to serve as a technical lead on a shift or lead a portion of work. • Independently prioritizes and executes responsibilities for a single technical area or group of related tasks, technical disciplines, or multiple advanced subject matter areas. May begin to provide guidance to others, helping them to interpret information and provide input on escalated decisions. Communication • Communication is internal and occasionally external to the area or department. Communications are largely around giving/receiving basic to more advanced technical information. • Elevates questions, problems and significant challenges to more senior employees for direction or subject matter expertise. Innovation • Regularly provides solutions to systemic and persistent issues for the work area. Demonstrates original and resourceful approaches to work situations including the resolution of complex challenges. Knowledge • Demonstrates comprehensive/advanced knowledge of most concepts, methods, terminology, codes, quality standards, and specialized job requirements. • Demonstrates advanced interpersonal, analytical, and application skills; understands more complex FMC procedures that may require interpretation. Often provides technical guidance to others in verbal and written format. Datos relativos a la oferta de empleo: Titulación exigida: Grado medio o superior Electrónica / Electricidad o estudios similares en electromedicina Valorable conocimientos generales de HD En el caso de extranjeros, es necesaria homologación del título en España y permiso de residencia y de trabaja en España en vigor Funciones: Mantenimiento y Reparación e instalación de equipos en el entorno hospitalario dando soporte al equipo asistencial aportando a la propuesta de valor y de negocio de Fresenius Medical Care en la región asignada, puntualmente asistirá a los pacientes domiciliarios de la región asignada. Se realizan visitas de prospección para nuevos pacientes y asistencias de servicio excepcionales. Valorable experiencia de un mínimo de 2 años como técnico de HD Se valora formación y experiencia en equipos de electromedicina Se valorará un nivel de inglés suficiente para entender la documentación técnica corporativa.
