(more details below)The role in a nutshellWe are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Technical Lead to spearhead our Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE).This role involves leading a team of Anaplan professionals and ensuring the successful deployment and integration of Anaplan solutions across various business units.More specifically, you will be expected to:Lead the development and technical implementation of Anaplan models and solutions, aligning with business needs and objectives; Oversee build andmentor a team of Anaplan Model Builders, ensuring best practices in model building and data integration; Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and regions to identify and translate business requirements into effective Anaplan solutions; Manage the overall Anaplan landscape within the organization, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems; Drive the adoption of Anaplan across the organization, providing training and support to end-users; Stay abreast of the latest Anaplan features and updates, and leverage these to enhance business processes; Lead the strategic planning and execution of Anaplan-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor's orgraduates degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, software engineering or economics; 4+year modelling with Anaplan or end-to-end Anaplan implementations; Anaplan certification (Solution Architect or Master Anaplan); Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders; Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities; Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Language : As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as French, German and/or Spanish is desirable.Travel: Some occasional travelling will be required
