Your Role: Drive Talent Acquisition: As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will manage the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Sourcing Top Talent: Actively search for and engage with potential candidates, ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are continuous and effective. Collaborate Across Teams: You'll work closely with various departments, supporting them in finding the best talent for their needs. Shape the Department's Growth: Be a part of the growing recruitment team, bringing in new ideas and taking on new challenges as the department evolves. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in recruitment processes, preferably within the IT industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish. Proactive & Team-Oriented: You're motivated, work well with others, and take the initiative. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with major recruitment platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office. Adaptability: Able to manage multiple priorities and stay focused on your goals.
