Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a trusted finance business partner to join our EMEA Sales Finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Director of EMEA Territory Sales but will be the primary business partner to the Senior Director of Inside Sales. A strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment, and business development is required, preferably in a software company. You will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details.
You will have frequent interactions and collaborate with our local sales teams, deal teams, and finance teams to ensure informed business decisions through strong, effective analysis and important business insights.

Responsibilities
Participate in the annual business planning cycle, allocating targets among individual portfolios and territories across all mature markets in EMEA.
Support individual target sheet definition and review and approve monthly commission attainments for the sales team.
Develop, maintain, and monitor the reporting process on daily, weekly, and quarterly billings performance.
Build Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for sales and finance senior management, presenting an EOQ finance deck to review performance and metrics.
Collaborate with the broader sales finance community to facilitate and lead the evolution of our reporting and analysis tools.
Promote efficient, standardized systems and processes, using worldwide best practices.
Manage and maintain the weekly subscriptions and billings forecast process for Vertical Territory Sales.
Support sales and their pipeline management through Salesforce.com.
Perform regular analysis of portfolios or territories, including different trends by industry or customer segment.
Manage the planning and forecast process for Opex, supported by the Spend Analyst team.
Strengthen internal controls with emphasis on the training and communication of revenue recognition policies and government engagement policy.
Be a fiduciary in the best interest of the company, free of conflicts of interest and with objectivity, integrity, and truthfulness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, or Accounting).
5 years' experience as a Finance BP providing financial, operational, and administrative support to high-tech sales organizations.
Articulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Influencing skills at multiple levels (staff, peers, superiors) are very important.
Stay informed about important details and distill knowledge into an easily communicable message.
Work with teams across the globe.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Anaplan, Salesforce, and Power BI experience.
