RentitUP gestiona todas estas propiedades de manera integral, convirtiéndolas en una fuente de ingresos pasivos altamente rentables para los propietarios a través del alquiler turístico.RentitUP es una empresa que apuesta por ofrecer experiencias en espacios únicos, combinando confort y entorno para brindar estancias inolvidables. Especializados en apartamentos exclusivos en el centro de la ciudad y villas de lujo en ubicaciones excepcionales, nos comprometemos a mantener los más altos estándares de calidad.¿Cómo contribuirás en RentitUP?Tu misión principal será identificar y asegurar nuevas propiedades para incrementar la cartera de alojamientos. Este rol es fundamental para expandir la presencia de RentitUP en la zona de Zaragoza, y para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa en proyectos de mayor envergadura. Además, serás responsable de establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con propietarios, garantizando su satisfacción y promoviendo la imagen de marca de RentitUP.Funciones y contribuciones:Captación de Nuevas Viviendas: Identificar y contactar a potenciales propietarios e inversores.Realizar presentaciones efectivas de los servicios y beneficios de RentitUP.Negociar y cerrar acuerdos para la inclusión de nuevas propiedades en la cartera de RentitUP.Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Mantener un seguimiento continuo con los propietarios para asegurar su satisfacción y fomentar relaciones a largo plazo.Gestionar consultas y resolver problemas de manera proactiva, proporcionando informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las propiedades.Desarrollo y Estrategia de Mercado: Desarrollar estrategias locales para la captación de propiedades, analizando el mercado y las tendencias para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Participar en eventos y actividades de networking para aumentar la visibilidad y presencia de RentitUP.Coordinación y Comunicación: Colaborar con el equipo de operaciones para asegurar una integración fluida de nuevas propiedades.Comunicar de manera efectiva con los propietarios sobre actualizaciones y mejoras en sus propiedades.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para alinear estrategias de captación y promoción.¿Qué beneficios puede aportar RentitUP?Cultura y trabajo en equipo: El buen ambiente, nuestro compromiso y compañerismo repercuten directamente en nuestro progreso diario.Flexibilidad & remote friendly: Creemos en la flexibilidad responsable y confiamos en tu responsabilidad y autonomía
