Your missionEn tant que Sales Sénior, tu joueras un rôle clé dans l'acquisition de clients et l'encadrement de l'équipe.Vente & Relation Client (70% du temps)Gérer des leads entrants et sortants pour convertir les prospects en clients.Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les solutions adaptées en valorisant nos produits personnalisés.Maintenir une excellente satisfaction client en incarnant les valeurs d'Hector Kitchen : transparence, bienveillance et expertise.Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs.Leadership & Encadrement (30% du temps)Soutenir et motiver l'équipe de commerciaux en partageant les bonnes pratiques et en coachant les membres moins expérimentés.Organiser et animer des sessions de formation pour renforcer les compétences commerciales de l'équipe.Devenir une référence au sein de l'équipe, en accompagnant tes collègues dans la gestion des situations complexes ou des prospects stratégiques.Participer à la mise en place d'un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif.Stratégie & Suivi des PerformancesAnalyser les KPI individuels et collectifs pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.Contribuer à l'optimisation des process de vente en remontant les retours terrain à la direction.Participer activement à l'élaboration des plans d'action pour dépasser les objectifs fixés.Your profileExpérienceMinimum 3 à 5 ans en vente directe B2C, idéalement dans un environnement à fort volume de leads.Une expérience en leadership ou mentorat d'équipe commerciale est un gros atout.Compétences TechniquesExcellente maîtrise des outils informatiques et des tableurs (Excel ou Google Sheets).Solides compétences en vente et capacité à négocier dans un environnement compétitif.Soft SkillsLeadership naturel, capable de fédérer et de motiver une équipe autour d'objectifs communs.Capacité à gérer les priorités entre tes propres objectifs de vente et le soutien de l'équipe.Rigueur et esprit analytique pour suivre les performances et proposer des axes d'amélioration.Why join us?Double Casquette : Un rôle hybride combinant expertise commerciale et encadrement d'équipe.Opportunités de développement : Possibilité d'évoluer rapidement vers un poste de Team Leader/Sales manager à temps plein.Impact Direct : Tu participeras activement à la croissance de notre entreprise et au succès de l'équipe.Environnement Dynamique : Une startup en pleine croissance, où chaque jour apporte de nouveaux challenges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
