Desde Marlex estamos seleccionando perfiles de** Customer Service con SAP** para una importante empresa dedicada a la fabricación de equipamiento médico ubicada en la zona noroeste de Madrid.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Gestión de todos los pedidos recibidos.
- Gestión de las incidencias de envío y facturación.
- Información al coordinador del estado de las incidencias de cada cliente.
- Información al coordinador del estado de la facturación de cada cliente.
- Mantenimiento de las fichas de clientes.
- Cumplimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo que se realicen en el Dpto.
de Atención al Cliente.
- Cumplimiento de todas las normas específicas de la empresa y las directrices de calidad.
- Valorable conocimiento en EDI

¿Qué podemos ofrecerte?
- Contrato inicial de 6 meses a través de Marlex con posibilidad de ampliar otros 6 meses más y/o pasar directamente a su plantilla
- Horario de lunes a jueves de 8:30h a 17:15h y viernes de 8h a 15
- 26 días laborables de vacaciones
- Posibilidad de dos días de teletrabajo a la semana

Eres la persona adecuada si:

- Cuentas con formación profesional dentro del ámbito de atención al cliente.
- Tienes al menos 1 año de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Has trabajado previamente con aplicaciones MS Office.
- Tienes conocimientos prácticos de SAP y Navision.
- Te gusta trabajar en equipo.
- Te consideras una persona flexible con capacidad de enfrentarte a situación de estrés.
Se valorará positivamente si:

- Tienes experiência en facturación a aseguradoras.
- Cuentas con conocimiento EDI y facturación electrónica.
- Tu nível de inglés es intermedio.
