Misión: Diseñar y desarrollar, junto con el Director de Área, los planes de cuenta de los clientes asignados en la zona de Palencia, Pontevedra, Ourense, Lugo, A Coruña, Asturias y León.Funciones:Elaborar los Planes de Cuentas con la colaboración del Director de Área y hacer el seguimiento de los mismos.Coordinar todas las acciones promocionales del cliente, coordinado con Trade Marketing.Conseguir los objetivos marcados por su dirección en cuanto al volumen que representan sus diferentes cuentas en cada una de las estimaciones mensuales (Forecast).Asegurar la referenciación y rotación de los productos de la compañía en los mayoristas asignados.Representar a Osborne ante la sala de ventas de los Mayoristas. Proponer incentivos y presentarlos, presentar las actividades promocionales de la compañía, interactuar con el equipo para proponer planes en clientes concretos y resolver las posibles incidencias que surjan.Prospectar el mercado asignado y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Coordinar sus rutas reportando al Director de Área, planificando salidas de acompañamiento con los mayoristas así como salidas directas para atender su censo de clientes.Definir los indicadores que son importantes en sus clientes.Requisitos:Conocimientos / experiencia:Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el canal hostelería y en la distribución de productos de gran consumo en el área asignada.Capacidad de gestión de cuentas:Capacidad de influir en la fuerza de ventas.Activación de planes.Análisis de resultados.Análisis de stocks.Liquidaciones.Gestión de cobros.Planes promocionales.Programas informáticos:Nivel avanzado en paquete Office.SAP es un plus.Experiencia en la gestión de clientes y generación de contactos.Activación de acciones promocionales.Habituado a tomar decisiones y a proponer alternativas.Perfil con visión estratégica para definir el plan dentro de su parque de clientes:Eficiencia en el uso de recursos.Prospección del negocio.Captación de oportunidades.Capacidad de pivotar para crecer.Ubicación: Residencia dentro de su zona de actuación, bien comunicado.Competencias requeridas:Generales:Cercanía.Honestidad.Humildad.Orientación a resultados.Trabajo en equipo.Aprovechar la diversidad.Orientación al cambio.Liderazgo:Promover la visión.Implantar la estrategia.Optimizar equipos.Movilizar a las personas.Técnicas:Abrir clientes.Entender al cliente.Negociar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
