**Misión del puesto**: Serás el responsable de realizar todos los procesos de Auditoría Nocturna asegurando la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente, siguiendo las directrices y los estándares de atención al cliente y excelencia en el servicio de la marca Gran Meliá.
Atender, registrar y cubrir en todo momento las necesidades del huésped adelantándose e intentando siempre superar las expectativas de éste, resolviendo cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir y garantizando una agradable estancia.
**¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
**
1.
Conocer en su totalidad los procedimientos operacionales y los estándares de servicio correspondientes a tu departamento.
2.
Llevar a cabo de forma satisfactoria los procesos de auditoría nocturna.
3.
Informar al huésped los servicios que presta el Hotel y atender cualquier solicitud por su parte.
4.
Hacer cambios de habitaciones a solicitud del huésped o por necesidades del Hotel.
5.
Llevar a cabo de forma satisfactoria los procesos de check-in y check-out de los clientes y realizar la facturación de los servicios, cumpliendo los estándares de servicio correspondientes.
6.
Realización de up-selling según programa establecido por la compañía.
7.
Intentar fidelizar al cliente a través de las herramientas que la empresa le provee.

Actuar ante cualquier dificultad que pueda surgir, como el máximo responsable del hotel durante la noche, dirigiendo al personal de los diferentes departamentos.
**¿Qué buscamos?
**
- Experiência mínima de 1 año como Coordinador de noche en Recepción de hotel o bien 2 años como Recepcionista.
- Grado en Turismo o bien formación en Hostelería.
- Inglés y Castellano nível Alto, se valorará un tercer idioma.
- Gran Orientación al Cliente, trabajo en equipo y excelencia en el servicio.
- Valorable experiência previa en hoteles 5*.
