Allround Production Worker

Your activities as Allround production worker:
- You sort various materials / raw materials such as plastic, aluminum, stainless steel and copper;
- You are flexible to take over other tasks from colleagues;
- You ensure that the installations are well maintained and cleaned throughout the day;
- You ensure correct compliance with the HSE rules.
In this position you will work with a permanent team of 6 to 7 colleagues, where you and your colleagues will be involved in the recycling of raw materials from bottom ashes. You report your activities and findings to the installation manager.
What we pay?
- In the base a gross salary between € 420 (40 hours) and € 645 per week (60 hours);
- Travelling hours (after the first 30 min you receive 100% of your hourly wage per travelling hour) Example; you work in Sweden which is 6,5 hours travelling, you receive 6 x € 10,48 = 62,88 for the trip
- Weekend allowance - if you work Saturday AND Sunday you receive € 100 gross per week extra
- Overtime allowance - 108,33% of your hourly wage on every hour you work more than 40 per week.
What do you pay yourself:
- Your trip to The Netherlands;
- Your food and drinks on the days you don’t work (you work 10 days in a row and will be off for 4 days);
- Your trip back home if you want to return to Spain for holiday for example.
Working environment
As an Allround production worker you will work daily with a close-knit team (6 to 7 people) at various locations in different European countries. Where after a dynamic working day you have a nice meal with your colleagues and spend the night at a location that is arranged for you and your colleagues.
