You will be the interface and the point of contact for our Volvo Cars entities in the EMEA region and the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team.
In addition to this, you will perform issue resolution of inquiries relating to PTP processes.Focus on the self-billing invoice processes of direct materials and support indirect material processes: On-boarding new suppliers, set up, fix issues, and detect improvement areas in the processAnalysis of overdue invoicesManagement of supplier inquiriesApproving invoice payment proposalsPTP period end activitiesAnalysis of KPIsAccount Reconciliation ReviewIntercompany reconciliationPhone support for supplier callsProblem solve escalated tickets through the ticketing systemAs part of our Continuous Improvement initiative, you will have the opportunity to coordinate projects in various areas and monitor rule-based activities performed by our Business Process Outsourcing delivery team.Do you fit the profile?You have experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes in an international environment and enjoy working in a structured way, but at the same time can detect areas of improvement within your area and like implementing their improvements.A degree in Finance or equivalent.Experience in Accounting and PTP processesFluent in English both verbally and written.
Other languages positively valued (Spanish, French, German)Experience in SAP (MM/FI modules)Be a great communicator with good collaboration skills.Have an ability to plan and prioritize with a positive mindset.You have high integrity regarding your workGreat analytical skillsYou are service-minded and curious.How do you learn more and apply?Does this sound like your next challenge?
