Position: Norwegian Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Málaga, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maximise revenue opportunity by selling the full range of availableproducts and services to existing clients on the Belgian market- Understand the portfolio of solutions and services to effectively matchthese to the customer's needs- Identify leads in already existing client portfolio including up- and cross-sell- Identify critical customer information and be able to establish a trust relationship and build long-lasting relationships through the phone- Create and manage pipeline to drive revenue on the different solutionsoffered- Follow business and sales processes and best practices, including useof CRM, Sales Playbook, etc.- Consistently over-achieve sales quota.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)- Strong experience in Sales and Account Management- Bachelor's degree is an advantage- Self-motivated and driven (familiar with sales KPIs and ready for cadence, incentives, etc.)- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)- Able to uncover information by asking the right questions- Eager to discover valuable insights from the customers- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations- Be value-focused rather than price and/or product focused.**BENEFITS**:- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance- Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere- Relocation support- Private medical insurance- Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
