El formato es semipresencial (y además de verdad).Tus funciones serán las siguientes:Desarrollo de análisis en base a las herramientas de medición del cliente con el que trabajamos (en este caso el stack es Google).Traducción de necesidades de negocio en funcionales técnicos de implementación, KPIs e informes.Aportar valor al conjunto desde la visión analítica. Los datos deben cumplir una función global de mejora. Cualquier otro planteamiento es venta de humo y huimos por completo de esta forma de trabajar.Aportar los best practices necesarios a todos los proyectos en los que estés involucrado, implementaciones de herramientas de medición con tagging plans hasta la conceptualización de taxonomías de información para cualquier otra pieza del stack de cliente.Auditar y proponer ecosistemas sólidos de datos, incluso más allá de la analítica digital. Nosotros te apoyaremos y formaremos en lo que sea necesario para que sigas creciendo en el camino que elijas.Revisiones de configuraciones de plataformas de medición.¿CUÁLES SON LOS SKILLS REQUERIDOS?Al menos 3 años de experiencia.Conocimiento de implementación y explotación de Google Analytics (Si además tienes conocimientos de Adobe Analytics, genial).Comprender los requisitos de negocio de cliente y traducir estos en guías funcionales de implementación y recolección de datos.Conocimiento práctico y de implementación de herramientas de A/B testing, ya sean de Adobe o de cualquier otro proveedor del mercado.Capacidad para extraer y presentar outputs de análisis que tengan impacto en negocio.Conocimiento de herramientas de etiquetado, principalmente Tag Manager, aunque se valorará cualquier otra tecnología que tengas en el stack.Creación de documentación de las implementaciones realizadas.Contar historias de manera coherente y atractiva a través de las herramientas de visualización y reporting que tengas en tu stack. Valoramos Google Looker Studio, pero si tienes Tableau, Power BI o similares también controladas, será un plus.Conocimiento de Google Cloud Platform.Ganas de aprender, esto hay que traerlo porque imprimimos un ritmo de aprendizaje continuo necesario para poder crecer como profesionales.Beneficios Sociales y posibilidad de incorporar retribución flexible a elección de los empleados.
