Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un/a Customer Success Manager con experiencia previa demostrable. Se ubicará en nuestras oficinas de BCN - Autoterminal. El/la Customer Success Manager, reportando directamente a la Dirección General, será responsable de garantizar la excelencia en el servicio ofrecido a los clientes en las operaciones logísticas y en los servicios de valor añadido proporcionados por nuestra terminal portuaria especializada en carga rodada. Esto incluye la carga y descarga de vehículos desde buques, camiones y trenes.

Principales funciones:

Supervisar y optimizar los servicios prestados por la terminal portuaria para asegurar la máxima calidad y eficiencia en todas las operaciones, incorporando soluciones digitales y sostenibles.

Gestionar las peticiones de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones logísticas personalizadas en el transporte de carga rodada (vehículos) y garantizando su satisfacción en términos de plazos, calidad de entrega y rentabilidad.

Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y transportistas, aplicando habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos para lograr soluciones ganar-ganar.

Brindar una atención excepcional a los transportistas involucrados en el proceso de retirada de vehículos, facilitando una experiencia eficiente y fluida.

Gestionar adecuadamente las formalidades aduaneras de nuestros clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y agilizando los procesos mediante herramientas digitales.

Garantizar un servicio de excelencia en el centro técnico, donde se realizan servicios de valor añadido a los vehículos, incorporando prácticas innovadoras y sostenibles.

Coordinar y mejorar las diferentes áreas implicadas en el servicio—Key Account Manager, atención a transportistas, aduanas y Centro Técnico—para ofrecer un valor añadido y una experiencia superior a nuestros clientes.

Establecer y supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) en los procesos de aduanas, atención a transportistas y servicios técnicos, identificando y resolviendo desviaciones en aspectos como tiempos de servicio, número de entregas y producción diaria.

Aplicar una persistencia amable en la consecución de objetivos, asegurando que las metas se alcancen de manera efectiva y manteniendo relaciones positivas con todas las partes involucradas.

Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las tendencias del sector, incluyendo la adopción de tecnologías emergentes como inteligencia artificial y prácticas sostenibles.

Requisitos mínimos

Experiencia de 5 años en operaciones logísticas portuarias o plantas de producción o almacenes.

Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial o campo similar, con enfoque en logística portuaria.

Inglés B2. Valorable Chino.

Se valora formación en gestión de proyectos y conocimientos en tecnologías emergentes y sosetnibilidad aplicadas a la logística portuaria.
