Buscamos un Datacenter Manager para supervisar las operaciones de nuestro centro en Barcelona. Serás responsable de las operaciones diarias la coordinación y la gestión de todas las instalaciones del centro de datos. El objetivo principal será garantizar la entrega exitosa de las construcciones del centro de datos así como el manteniendo de los más altos estándares de eficiencia seguridad y fiabilidad.
Responsabilidades
Dirigir y orientar al equipo fomentando un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
Gestionar los horarios del personal las asignaciones y el desempeño garantizando una distribución óptima del equipo y la productividad.
Realizar evaluaciones periódicas del desempeño y brindar retroalimentación continua capacitación y oportunidades de desarrollo para los miembros del equipo.
Supervisar la operación y el mantenimiento de toda la infraestructura del centro de datos incluidos los sistemas de energía enfriamiento redes y seguridad.
Colaborar con gerentes de proyectos ingenieros y otras partes interesadas para planificar y ejecutar construcciones y expansiones del centro de datos.
Supervisar la instalación configuración e implementación de equipos e infraestructura del centro de datos.
Garantizar la finalización oportuna de los proyectos del centro de datos cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y las limitaciones presupuestarias.
Realizar inspecciones de seguridad y evaluaciones de riesgos con regularidad tomando las medidas apropiadas para mitigar los peligros potenciales.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas reglamentos y mejores prácticas de la industria relacionados con las operaciones del centro de datos.
Monitorear y mantener el estado general de las instalaciones del centro de datos abordando de manera proactiva cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
Requisitos
Inglés a nivel profesional - hablado y escrito. Las entrevistas se realizarán en inglés.
Experiencia práctica en dirección de operaciones de CPD.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la gestión de personal de CPD.
Conocimiento de la infraestructura del CPD incluida la distribución de energía los sistemas de enfriamiento redes y la seguridad.
Excelentes habilidad de liderazgo y comunicación con la capacidad de motivar e inspirar a un equipo.
Habilidad para resolver problemas y capacidad de tomar decisiones informadas bajo presión.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos con capacidad de manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Se valoran los conocimientos de tecnologías de computación en la nube y virtualización.
