It has unique characteristics derived from the fact that it straddles IT and facility, and that the Data Center and IT are in the middle of a radical transformation due to the combination of digitization and surge of AI loads driving a fast growth in power needs on the one hand, and de-carbonization and grid saturation on other hand. We are seeking a Datacenter & IT EMEA Segment Manager (m/f/d) to fulfill the following primary functions: What you'll do: Identifying the most important sub-segments for the Data Center application and the IT market, mapping the go-to-market, the main stakeholders and clarifying their key issues and expectationsIdentifying the trends and changes ongoing in each segment and how they affect stakeholders.Working with BUs to define Eaton's answers to each group's short and long-term issues and to align our value proposition to these issues, and act as Eaton thought leader outside the company.Working with BUs and external partners to drive alliance and integrated offerings that address these issues and create coalitions and projects to address long-term issues.Working with Sales to help map all key players and ensure that they are well covered, and that sales forces understand the segments and can sell the value.Work with the segment Marcom leader to provide direction on market development activities.Implement the 360-segment process to drive the Data Center and IT strategy, marketing and communication plan and the integrated segment actions in line with the electrical segment 360 approach. Qualifications: Master's degree/diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering10 years of experience as a leading engineer, experience in the datacenter industryStrong proven experience in the datacenter and IT industries as well as expertise in datacenter design and constructionDeep knowledge of all the critical power chain systems.
