.Junior Community Manager at Vue School (full-time) Since 2016, we've empowered over 160,000 developers to learn Vue.Js and other web technologies, building a community of half a million developers with over a million annual users.Our mission is to continue spreading knowledge and making developers' lives easier.What we are looking for We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community management and communication, organizing online events, as well as social media experience. They will work closely with our Community and Events Manager to ensure a positive experience with our community communications and a smooth execution of our online events.Required Skills and Requirements Proven experience in community managementProven experience in organizing online eventsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze data and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvementAbility to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges during project planning and executionAbility to handle inquiries and complaints professionallyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work effectively with a diverse, global team and audience, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awarenessMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event planning and execution are thoroughly managedWillingness to work flexible hours to accommodate event schedulesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with communication and management tools (preferably Slack, Asana)Energetic and passionate about your workPassionate about work and tech-savvyObjectives and Responsibilities of this Role Collaborate with the Community Manager to clarify responsibilities and execute project planning promptlyContribute to the development and execution of community engagement strategies, ensuring they are innovative and effectiveEnsure positive and timely communication with the Vue School and events communityGather feedback from the community about the Vue School productsWork closely with the Vue School team, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to ensure community activities align with overall company goals
