Our mission is to continue spreading knowledge and making developers' life easier.The positionWe are looking for a talented Operations Specialist to join our team.
You will work directly with the Operations Director supporting all our projects, planning new features and releases as well and you will be supporting the hiring processes.
The tasks involve working on multiple projects and different tasks along the organization.As an Operations Specialist, you will assist in developing and implementing departmental plans and goals, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
You will also create reports, represent the company as needed, and fulfill duties assigned by the director.The position is 100% remote and you can apply from anywhere in the world, as long as you have availability to work full-time (8 hours), sharing around 4 hours with the office day of the CET timezone.ResponsibilitiesMonitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessaryCreate procedures and protocols (such as checklists and POSs) and distribute them to team membersActively participate in the hiring process, including posting and managing job ads, holding screening calls, headhunting, etc.Communicate with vendors and negotiate good pricing for bulk swag ordersPerform research on necessary topics and approachesOnboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating proceduresManage the team's day to day tasksMay be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Director of OperationsRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven organizational skills, including time managementExpertise with Notion or similar servicesExpertise with Slack and Async communicationsAbility to work without having meetingsSelf-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision (excellence in self-management)Strong verbal and written communication skillsTo be successful in this roleMeticulous and resilientTech SavvyExceptionally CreativeVery organizedA good communicator (verbal and written)Energetic and positiveAble to work independentlyExtremely passionate about your workYou needReliable internet connection - (all meetings and work is done online)Suitable home infrastructure to work uninterruptedlyExperience working remotelyWhat we offerWork for a brand users loveWork with cutting-edge technologiesFull-time remote position on a long-term contract basisCompetitive salary and performance bonus structureFlexible paid time off for work-life balancePaid time off during your local bank holidaysTime to study and learn new skillsCompany-wide target bonus of up to 20%Participate in the annual company workation tripBe part of a small team of exceptional individuals based around the worldWe look forward to hearing from you
