The mission of BSC is to research, develop and manage information technologies in order to facilitate scientific progress. This growth requires a stronger structure in which researchers with experience take responsibility and proactivity in the growth of the group. This position is intended to fit a middle, managing the practical aspects of a specific research project.Key DutiesLeading development efforts of projects related with foundational modelsHead projects for multimodal LLMsInfluence and suggest improvements over the dev Ops and MLOps systems- Contributing to the writing of competitive funding proposals- Leading research papers and their disseminationRequirements- Education- Degree in STEM- MSc in Artificial Intelligence- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience- Professional experience in at least 3 programming languages (3 years each)- Understanding of the AI field in width, with experience with at least 3 times of learning and/or reasoning paradigms
