It houses Mare Nostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe, was a founding and hosting member of the former European HPC infrastructure PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe), and is now hosting entity for Euro HPC JU, the Joint Undertaking that leads large-scale investments and HPC provision in Europe. The mission of BSC is to research, develop and manage information technologies in order to facilitate scientific progress. This growth requires a stronger structure attracting talent. This position is intended to fit a starting role, and will be compatible with the finishing of undergrad studies.Key DutiesProvide support to the automation of research activities, contributing to the internal services.Push the dissemination of work done within the groupContribute to the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept studiesRequirements- Education- Ongoing or recently finished degree on AI or CS- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience- Experience with LLMs (0-1 years)- Experience in Machine learning (0-1 years)- Experience with Python (0-2 years)- Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience- Experience in HPC environments (0-2 years)- Competences- Experience working in teams- Good communication skills- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.ConditionsThe position will be located at BSC within the Computer Sciences DepartmentWe offer a full-time contract (37
