Solo queremos que traigas buen rollo, compromiso con la sociedad y que compartas nuestros valores, nos da igual de dónde vengas o a dónde vayas.¿Qué estamos buscando?Estamos buscando un JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico.Nuestro trabajo consiste en diseñar y desarrollar el software que da servicio al Negocio del Banco Santander, entendiendo esas tecnologías y los posibles riesgos que tienen para nuestros clientes, para la sociedad y para nuestros accionistas.Usamos las mejores prácticas en programación y los principios de diseño para desarrollar un código de calidad, alineado con el framework de Santander (seguridad, arquitectura, testing…). Somos un equipo muy proactivo, y por eso trabajamos por y para la tecnología.Tu misión será la de interpretar los requisitos técnicos y funcionales para su desarrollo, certificación y eventual liberación productiva. Al hacerlo, aplicarás al Grupo Santander estrategias y patrones informáticos para realizar soluciones seguras, fiables, sostenibles y eficaces.Qué esperamos de ti:Seguro que encajas en el equipo si te gusta la tecnología, quieres entender los riesgos a los que se enfrenta el Banco, aprendes constantemente de nuevas tecnologías y si además de desarrollar tus skills técnicos, también te preocupas de mejorar tus soft skills (capacidad de comunicación, espíritu crítico, iniciativa y ganas de aprender).Si tienes el espíritu, estos son los puntos indispensables que miraremos en tu CV:Grado superior (informática) / grado en ingeniería (informática, telecomunicaciones, industriales, etc.), Matemáticas, que te permitan tener una base sobre la que construir tu desarrollo y aportar en tu trabajo.Valoramos que tengas un nivel intermedio-alto de inglés
