Sales Development Representative (with Spanish) Contract Activy, an innovator in the HR Tech space, has been inspiring daily physical activity for 6 years with its sports challenges available in a mobile app.
This wellbeing initiative is tailored primarily for corporate entities, though it also finds application in municipalities, retail centers, office complexes, and through virtual racing events.
Engagement takes precedence over the type of physical activity, facilitated by our integration of gamification and social functionalities.
Our program is designed to foster a spirit of amicable competition, team cohesion, habit formation, and also contributes to charitable causes while promoting CO2 emission reduction.
In the year 2024, Activy successfully motivated over 150,000 staff members across both local and global companies, including names like Santander, Aecom, LG, Siemens, DHL, Pepco, among others.
Currently, we're expanding our reach by establishing a Spanish Team to enhance our international presence.
You'll be working alongside Adrian, our General Manager for Spain, based in Barcelona, collaborating directly with the C-level to secure our initial customer traction in Spain and elevate our brand's recognition.

As an SDR, your main focus will be supporting sales efforts in Spain.
This includes scheduling sales meetings, lead scoring, identifying new sales opportunities, and assisting Adrian (General Manager) in building the pipeline for 2025.
Additionally, if you have copywriting skills, you'll collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging materials that enhance the sales cycle.
Your key responsibilities as an SDR include: Identifying potential clients to generate new business opportunities for the company Contacting and qualifying leads through cold mailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Scheduling and conducting sales meetings (after prior training) Performing analyses, drawing conclusions, and proposing solutions, as well as crafting effective messages and identifying the best outreach channels Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to develop strategies for achieving goals Using CRM systems (HubSpot) to manage contact databases, sales activities, and create new contact lists.
Activy offers you: Remote work, but if you are in Barcelona it will be an added advantage Working closely with GM and C-level team Flexible working hours - no need to start your day at 7:00 unless you opt for a morning walk.
Our full-time schedule typically runs from 8/9:00 to 16/17:00; Free Fridays - available after 3 months of employment and with full-time hours; A clear salary plan - 1400 - 2000 euro (before taxes) or 8,75-12,5 euro per hour (for part-time), depending on skills and experience.
Form of contract: B2B agreement or Employment via Remote.com or Deel.com: ( Understanding that we currently do not have a Spanish entity established, we facilitate employment contracts through global employment platforms such as Remote.com or Deel.com.
These platforms enable us to legally hire you as an employee, even without a local entity in Spain.

MUST HAVE - like running shoes Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or in other sales-related activities Experience in building contact databases Experience running cold mailing campaigns Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail Resourcefulness, responsibility, and independence Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written Ability to plan projects and manage your own work Willingness to learn and develop, with a high level of proactivity NICE TO HAVE - like bike fenders on a rainy day Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Phantombuster, HubSpot Copywriting skills for crafting concise texts and helping marketing team Experience in the B2B sector, especially in HR We are looking for someone who is ready to start work in January/February 2025.
