Multinacional para su expansión internacional canal on line, precisa incorporar un/a: COMPLIANCE MANAGER para su sede en A Coruña.Será Responsable Regulatorio y gestionará el cumplimiento normativo y procedimientos operativos de la División Online a nivel nacional e internacional, en dependencia de la Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica y Regulatoria y de la Secretaría General.Coordinar y mantener la vigencia de la actividad, asegurando el cumplimiento de las distintas obligaciones regulatorias en las distintas jurisdicciones en las que está, o pretende estar, la compañía prestando sus servicios.Establecer y velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos adecuados y suficientes para garantizar que la división online desarrolle sus actividades y negocios, conforme a la normativa vigente en cada momento y a las políticas y procedimientos internos, promoviendo una cultura de cumplimiento.Identificar los riesgos, analizar los cambios estatutarios y regulatorios, determinar las medidas preventivas y correctivas, realizar tareas de vigilancia y control.Evaluación y mejora constante de los controles establecidos de Riesgos, Negocio, Publicidad, etc.Gestión de auditorías e investigaciones internas y/o externas, así como responder a solicitudes de información de los organismos reguladores.Elaboración de informes para el equipo directivo y órganos reguladores externos cuando corresponda.Se ofrece incorporación a una empresa multinacional líder en su sector con una importante y consolidada presencia en el mercado, donde poder desarrollar una carrera profesional.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSExperiencia contrastada superior a 5 años, Corporate Compliance/Chief Compliance Officer/Responsable Regulatorio o similar, en multinacionales de asesoramiento legal/consultoría y/o despacho de abogados de primer nivel, preferiblemente en entornos complejos como compañías de actividades especialmente reguladas y con filiales en otros países.Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho. Máster o Postgrado de especialización en Compliance. Imprescindible inglés: Nivel C1/B2.Disponibilidad para viajar.Persona flexible, enérgica, metódica y con gran capacidad de análisis. Capacidad de negociación y para influir en materia de cumplimiento normativo y procedimientos operativos, a través del conocimiento profundo y/o el acceso a expertos en la materia de cada país.Carácter extrovertido y afable, dinamismo y capacidad resolutiva.
