The Head of Applications SCM & OT focuses on consulting business owners, providing best service levels for daily operations, and ensuring an end-to-end optimized, cost-efficient, and secure application landscape.Essential Job Functions:Lead and manage SCM & OT Apps globallyAct as Technology partner to the business for SCM & OT applications to optimize process and business resultsManage all required service providers and ensure SLA'sAct as the domain architect and pro-actively look for optimization potentialDecide the best technological solution for business capabilities and requirementsManage budget and continuously review for cost productivityCollaborate with all relevant business and IT functions, and support other functions when requiredAct as IT counterpart for global process and business owners, and deal with escalations for issues in the SCM & OT domainPro-actively review the application landscape end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological opportunities and risksLead the team to deliver highest quality resultsEnsure secure application development and collaborate closely with Information Security to identify and manage risksDrive change in the organization and deliver high quality results fastQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business informatics or similar educationMaster's degree in business informatics or similar preferredMin. 5+ years' experience in Application and Process managementMin. 2+ years ´ Operational SCM & OT experienceExcellent communication skills in English (and German preferred)Experience with agile project methodologiesArxada is an equal opportunity employer
