The Head of Applications CRM & PLM focuses on consulting business owners, providing best service levels for daily operations, and ensuring an end-to-end optimized, cost-efficient, and secure application landscape.Essential Job Functions:Lead and run CRM & PLM Apps globallyAct as Technology partner to the business for CRM & PLM applications to optimize process and business resultsHandle all required service providers and ensure SLA'sAct as the domain architect and pro-actively look for optimization potentialDecide the best technological solution for business capabilities and requirementsManage budget and continuously review for cost efficiencyCollaborate with all relevant business and IT functions, and support other functions when requiredAct as IT counterpart for global process and business owners, and take care of escalations for issues in the CRM & PLM domainPro-actively review the application landscape end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological opportunities and risksLead the team to deliver highest quality resultsEnsure secure application development and collaborate closely with Information Security to identify and handle risksMotivate change in the organization and deliver high quality results fastQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business informatics or equivalent experienceMaster's degree in business informatics or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be consideredMin.
5+ years' demonstrated ability in Application and Process managementMin.
2+ years ´ Operational CRM & PLM experienceSuperb communication skills in English (and German preferred)Experience with agile project methodologiesArxada is an equal opportunity employer
