Empresas: Hotel Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower • Desarrollar e implementar programas y políticas que promuevan la felicidad y el bienestar de los empleados.
• Asesorar y capacitar a los jefes de departamento, supervisores, mandos intermedios ten temas técnicos y de estrategia para fomentar entornos laborales positivos.
• Evaluar y mejorar continuamente las prácticas de la empresa para asegurar un equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal de los empleados.
• Realizar encuestas y análisis para medir el nivel de satisfacción y felicidad de los empleados.
• Organizar actividades y eventos que fortalezcan la cultura de la empresa y mejoren las relaciones interpersonales.
• Proporcionar apoyo emocional y recursos a los empleados para manejar el estrés y la ansiedad en el trabajo.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos, especialmente Recursos Humanos, para alinear las estrategias de felicidad con los objetivos generales de la empresa.
• Promover prácticas que contribuyan a la diversidad, equidad e inclusión en el lugar de trabajo.
Requisitos : • Formacion: Grado en Psicología, Grado en Recursos Humanos, Grado en Administración de Empresas o similiar, con Master en Psicología Organizacional, o en Recursos Humanos o Gestión del Talento o similar, con formación en Coaching o Mentoring.
Deseable estudios en Bienestar Corporativo o Salud Mental y Desarrollo Personal y Liderazgo.
• Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales y capacidad para empatizar con las necesidades de los empleados.
• Experiencia en la creación y gestión de programas de bienestar y satisfacción de los empleados.
• Conocimiento de técnicas de manejo del estrés y desarrollo personal.
• Habilidad para liderar y motivar a equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones positivas en todos los niveles de la organización.
