Buscamos un / a PRODUCT MANAGER DIGITAL SALES / MARTECH para nuestras oficinas de MADRID (Luca de Tena) con al menos 5 años en proyectos de Martech y ventas digitales.
Cómo será tu día a día Estamos buscando un / a PRODUCT MANAGER DIGITAL SALES / MARTECH, un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico.
Tu objetivo será liderar los proyectos desde el punto de vista tecnológico de ventas digitales y Martech en Santander España, lo que implica participar en: La toma de decisiones sobre el stack tecnológico de marketing digital, que está en continua evolución.
La definición de la arquitectura de los múltiples casos de usos que van a ir surgiendo.
La revisión de la definición de los proyectos con los equipos de negocio de CRM y Ventas digitales.
Gestión presupuestaria de los diferentes proyectos.
Responsable tecnológico de: Formularios de captación y vinculación Banners comerciales / operativos en los canales web / app / ATM Envío de comunicaciones vía email, Push y SMS La herramienta de gestión de Campañas (Lego) Guiará la relación con los negocios de CRM y ventas digitales con tecnología, para asegurar que todos los desarrollos e implementaciones están alineados con los objetivos de negocio.
Asegurará el nivel de servicio de todas las herramientas y aplicaciones de Marketing aplicables a ventas digitales.
Encabezará los squads que existen actualmente en el proyecto para la consecución de sus objetivos y coordinación con el resto de squads del banco.
Qué esperamos de ti Seguro que encajas en el equipo si te gusta la tecnología, quieres entender los riesgos a los que se enfrenta el Banco, aprendes constantemente de nuevas tecnologías y si además de desarrollar tus skills técnicos, también te preocupas de mejorar tus soft skills.
Si tienes el espíritu, estos son los conocimientos indispensables que miraremos en tu CV: Grado universitario o similar.
Disponer de grado en ingeniería (informática, telecomunicaciones, industriales, etc.
), matemáticas o estudios similares.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en proyectos de Martech y ventas digitales.
Haber participado en algún proyecto de integración de aplicaciones MarTech en grandes empresas.
Nivel B de Inglés.
Conocimientos probados en el stack tecnológico de Martech de Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data cloud y Interaction Studio).
Sería genial si además tienes conocimientos o experiencia con: Adobe Experience Platform (Martech de Adobe) Google Analytics Tealium IQ Conocimientos básicos de Java Script y Python Cómo es la experiencia Be Tech
