.Job Description: The Digital Transformation&CIIO Office area is the transversal function within the Global IT&Innovation and responsible for enabling and accelerating of Digital Transformation Plan, covering Strategy, Communication, Transversal Programs Management, Portfolio, Change Management, Vendor Management&Procurement and Cost Control Management and Governance.In Ferrovial we are always looking for high-skilled professionals. At this stage, in this area we are looking for Program Managers with multidisciplinary skills, technical background and strong experience in leading and managing IT Transformation Programs orchestrating multiple dimensions and stakeholders and requiring a strong alignment with the technical teams.One of the key strategic programs recently launched is the transformation of the core financial and construction processes enabled by the migration to the Cloud of the Core SAP and NO SAP applications requiring the management of multiple workstreams and teams within Ferrovial.Is that you? Then, keep readingFunctions:Strategy & Communication: Definition of Program's Strategy, Model and Roadmap ensuring alignment with the company's strategic plan and Digital Transformation Program 2024-2026 "Read IT"Communication of the strategy and progress of the program both internally and externallyDefinition and implementation of the future IT Operating Model after Cloud MigrationPortfolio Management Definition and orchestration of a Framework including the characterization of those initiatives related to the Cloud Transformation Program ensuring alignment and identifying potential synergies/dependencies between them and also with other relevant strategic programs in place.Ensure alignment with Portfolio Strategy, Procedures and Value Impact Model, defining and tracking specific KPIs, and monthly report of the overall status of the Program to the Executive Portfolio CommitteeGovernance and Planning Definition of roles and responsibilities of the different areas involved in the ProgramDefinition and implementation of a governance model with DGSII areas, business, and executive levelDefinition and tracking of overall Plan with all the different workstreams of the Program, identifying dependencies, critical path, risks, bottlenecks and prioritizationSupport Technical Execution (with full alignment with the Cloud Architect) Support the technical teams in the definition and execution of the different initiatives of the ProgramSupport the governance of the technical implementation and orchestration of the different technical workstreams as requiredEconomic Follow-up: Identification of the overall required resources of the program from every perspective (including transversal and monitoring of the program costs, identifying possible deviations, prioritization requirements,..
