Accounts Payable Specialist - Minor Hotels EuAm - MadridProvincia: MadridPaís: EspañaN° Vacantes (puestos): 1Tipo de oferta: ContratoFuncionesThis position delivers worldwide service.Manage vendor invoice posting, incidences, escalations, and clarification worldwide.Ensure that Invoice Processing team have updated and accurate Handbooks and instructions; IP SSC team must receive precise and clear instructions to be able to post invoices without incidences as much as possible.Apply consistent and homogeneous methodology for incidence management across all BUs to drive global solutions where local requirements have been considered too.Focus on continuous improvement mode that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of SSC in its interaction with NH functions.Ensure answers and give feedback to SSC team in time and manner.Vendor Query Team support: Will attend escalations from VQT to be solved as priority number one always.Manage of urgent and exceptional cases; will apply criteria to use urgent services and request for exceptional cases to be managed in SSC.Support to payments team during payment proposal issue.RequisitosEXPERIENCE- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Administration area.QUALIFICATIONS- High level of English (spoken and written).- Desirable French or Dutch (spoken and written).- Desirable SAP-FI Knowledge.- Advance user on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Access, Project, etc.
).- Accounting knowledge.Se ofreceThis position delivers worldwide service in Accounts Payable area, is in charge of managing vendor invoices end to end for all hotels.
