.Nuestro cliente: empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca un/a Key Account Manager para incorporarse en el Departamento Comercial de la Unidad de Negocio ubicada en Zamudio. Misión: En dependencia del/a Director/a Comercial, será la persona responsable del crecimiento rentable y sostenible de las operaciones comerciales que se realicen en su Unidad de Negocio. Entre sus principales retos, cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a: Entender la visión del cliente y la estrategia de negocio y de inversiones de los clientes que gestiona tanto en España como en las filiales de cada uno de los clientes. Conocer el mapa de poder de cada cliente, fortalecer los canales de interlocución, estrechar las relaciones con las personas y agentes claves y la dirección corporativa, técnica, operativa, compras, etc. de los clientes asignados. Diseñar y proponer la estrategia comercial mundial en los clientes asignados, y una vez aprobada, gestionar los precios de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de contratación y rentabilidad. Promocionar comercialmente la marca, la oferta de productos y nuevas soluciones desarrolladas. Negociación directa y cierre de operaciones comerciales de determinadas cuentas relevantes dentro del Sector Energético. Canalizar las necesidades de desarrollo de producto de acuerdo a necesidades tecnológicas de mercado y gestionar los procesos de homologación en clientes. Realizar el seguimiento y monitorización del avance de pedidos respecto a los objetivos marcados, así como de la rentabilidad global y cumplimiento de los planes de acción y tareas previstas en el plan de gestión para estos clientes. Detectar oportunidades de negocio, coordinar la preparación de ofertas con el equipo de soporte, negociar los pedidos y contratos marco con el cliente. Búsqueda de alianzas y proveedores clave que permitan reforzar el posicionamiento de la compañía en los clientes. Definir y ejecutar el plan de visitas para la gestión adecuada de la cartera de clientes, búsqueda de nuevos targets y oportunidades de negocio en los clientes asignados. Reportar información comercial de los competidores, evolución y tendencias en precios, posicionamiento competencia, factores críticos éxito, etc. Gestionar el presupuesto de gasto asignado para llevar a cabo el plan comercial y obtener los objetivos marcados. Gestionar una cifra de contratación relevante superior a 5 M€ así como los acuerdos marcos en vigor.
