Contexte de la Mission La mission consiste à gérer efficacement les matériaux pour toutes les activités de construction sur un projet industriel, en s'assurant que tout est conforme aux spécifications et aux exigences du projet.
Rôles et Responsabilités Rapporter directement au chef de chantier.
Assurer une gestion adéquate des matériaux pour toutes les activités de construction selon les spécifications, les exigences du projet et le système de gestion des matériaux SAP.
Développer avant le début des activités SMP la procédure de gestion des matériaux du projet.
Mettre en œuvre la gestion de l'identification des matériaux sur le site par le biais des installations S/C SMP et E&I.
Examiner la procédure S/C pour gérer l'entrepôt et assurer un bon contrôle des matériaux jusqu'à la fin des activités de construction.
Communiquer avec le responsable du centre pour assurer la livraison des matériaux selon les besoins de construction, en coordination avec le planificateur et les superviseurs de site.
Informer le responsable du centre des livraisons de matériaux, des inspections et des problèmes trouvés.
Effectuer la remise des matériaux (phase 1 et 2) à chaque S/C, en réalisant des inspections quantitatives et qualitatives complètes.
Signaler toute déviation trouvée sur les matériaux au responsable du centre, via le système NCR, et assurer le remplacement adéquat des matériaux pour ne pas impacter les activités du site.
Utiliser SAP pour analyser en continu les matériaux disponibles sur le site et dans les ateliers, vérifier les fronts de travail disponibles et informer le chef de chantier.
Préparer et soumettre un rapport hebdomadaire sur l'état des matériaux au chef de chantier.
Gérer correctement les pièces de rechange de démarrage et les pièces de rechange pour deux ans, depuis la réception des matériaux sur le site jusqu'à la date d'achèvement mécanique.
Assurer la bonne gestion des pièces de rechange en capital, depuis la réception des matériaux sur le site jusqu'à la remise au client.
Objectifs et Livrables Rapport hebdomadaire au Chef de Chantier:
Rapport des inspections réalisées suite à la réception du matériel (rapport OSD).
Rédaction des NCRs associés à son périmètre de responsabilité.
