As a Strategic Pricing Manager, you'll join a dedicated team of professionals committed to optimizing our pricing approach and delivering outstanding value to our customers globally.
This is your opportunity to tackle a strategic role and influence the future success of our company. Hempel, a global leader in coatings and paints, is seeking your integrity to achieve high-reaching goals. We are redefining the way we price, and you will play a key role in defining our segment pricing strategy. You will own a specific segment and work together with product management, R&D, and sales to define the go-to-market strategy.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to: Taking full ownership of the pricing strategy for a key segment within our global portfolio, leading the development of our pricing landscape and implementing innovative solutions to drive profitability and market leadership.Influencing key business decisions and playing a crucial part in our global success story.Thriving in a flexible work model from Polinyà, Spain, reporting directly to the Head of Global Pricing Strategy.Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring cohesive decision-making.Analyzing market trends and optimizing pricing using pricing software, targeting to improve segment impact.Meeting and exceeding segment business objectives through strategic pricing initiatives.Implementing value-based pricing strategies that strengthen market position and customer satisfaction.What do you need to be successful in this role? Bachelor's or master's degree in business, natural sciences, or a related field.Validated pricing experience, with relevant knowledge in strategy development and value-based pricing methodologies.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Understanding of sustainability in a business context.Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.Sounds like a match?
