Having launched just over a year ago, these regions offer vast potential and plenty of untapped opportunities. There's a lot to build, conquer, and define, making it the perfect environment for those who are ambitious, creative, and eager to make a meaningful impact. One of the most exciting aspects of being part of our team is the clear career progression and growth potential. As an SDR, you'll have the chance to advance from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and ultimately to Senior SDR—all within the span of a year. With each step, you'll take on more responsibility, boost your influence, and see a direct impact on your bonus structure. After reaching Senior SDR, the doors open to roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR, giving you control over your career path and development. What will be your impact: Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities. Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport's solutions. Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs. Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest. Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects. You will be a good fit to join us if you: Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. Have proficiency in Italian as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus). Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
