Our client is a Barcelona-based start-up and we are now seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence and cultivate a vibrant community of beauty enthusiasts.As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy. Your role will be pivotal in driving engagement, growing our follower base, and ensuring that our brand message resonates across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy Development : Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the business objectives, brand identity, and target audience.Content Creation & Management : Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content daily, including short-form videos, reels, and images, designed to drive engagement and brand loyalty.Community Engagement : Actively manage and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and positive manner.Analytics & Optimization : Monitor social media metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and PR teams.Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay informed about the latest social media trends, particularly within the beauty and fashion sectors, and incorporate relevant trends into our strategy.Influencer Marketing : Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty space to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Qualifications:Experience & Track Record : Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts.Social Media Expertise : Extensive experience managing and optimizing Instagram and TikTok accounts.Industry Immersion : Strong connection to the beauty and fashion industry.Technical Skills : Proficient in video editing, particularly for short-form content, with experience using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite being a plus.Influencer Relations : Experience managing influencer partnerships.Fluent in English.Benefits:Competitive Salary : Enjoy a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and welfare fee.Flexible Work Environment : Benefit from a flexible work schedule with the option for remote work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
