Then put your skills to the test while working in BarcelonaYour responsibilities and impact as a Customer Success Onboarding Consultant will be:Providing the quality assuranceby checking all client product integrations are completedDelivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries regarding their customer experienceMonitor and oversee the accomplishment of client onboarding milestones, ensuring the attainment of objectives linked to customer license activation and user involvement on the client's platform.Logging customer interactions promptlywithinrecord systems, such as the CRM system.Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:Proficient level of Mandarin and Cantonese + English (all writing and speaking)1 year of experience in Customer Service,Customer Success,Sales, HR, Account Management, Customer Training or Project ManagementFamiliar with the talent Industry, hiring trends, and best practices.CRM platform experienceAbility to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departmentsExperience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or service growth opportunitiesKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleLiving in Barcelona or chance to relocate asapHaving NIEWhat's in it for you?Schedule: 2AM to 11AM Barcelona time (9am-6pm Singapour time)Night shift allowances will be givenIndefinite contractPleasant and inspiring working atmosphere in an international environment and world-class workspacesEasy to locate area with direct access to public transportStrong training anddevelopment opportunities for your career growthThis project not the best fit for you?
