What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness
Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service
Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are native or proficient in Danish and have an advanced level of English
Are able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past – either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre
Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once
Enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer

Full time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:00, Friday 9:00 to 16:00
Great office location in Benalmadena, Malaga. Hybrid working model after training
Competitive salary with increases at 6 months and 24 months. Senior Advisor status can be achieved after 8 months – and will open up the chance to earn a monthly bonus
