Un banco que no solo busca el beneficio, sino que prioriza el bienestar de las personas y el cuidado de nuestro planeta.En dependencia del Team Lead Personal Banking, dará el soporte necesario para desarrollar la actividad de negocio de Personal Banking en nuestra oficina en Servicios Centrales en Las Rozas.¿Cuáles serían tus funciones y responsabilidades? Se responsabilizará, entre otras cosas, de las siguientes funciones:Contribuir en el desarrollo y crecimiento del segmento de clientes objetivo (Affluent y alto patrimonio).Soportar con inteligencia de negocio los procesos y equipos de venta.Explorar continuamente la propuesta de valor de ahorro e inversión y apoyar las propuestas de mejoras en la misma en relación al mercado, clientes y la propia entidad.Seguimiento de objetivos; facilitando la actividad a los equipos comerciales.Conocimiento de herramientas para uso y gestión de la información y con capacidad para hacer de esa información propuestas de mejora al seguimiento del negocio.Relación con instituciones, organismos y partners estratégicos para asegurar el funcionamiento de las alianzas de negocio.Coordinación con equipos internos e internacionales.¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos? Estudios adaptados al puesto, preferiblemente en Económicas, Empresariales, finanzas o similar.Profesional senior con experiencia mínima de tres años, preferiblemente en desarrollo de negocio de entidades financieras.Conocimiento de la competencia y los modelos actuales de comercialización en el ámbito financiero (entidades de crédito, family office, red de agentes, etc).Conocimientos y experiencia en normativa MIFID.Conocimientos sobre productos de financiación, ahorro e inversión de particulares e instituciones: Planes de Pensiones, Seguros (Ahorro/Vida) y productos de pasivo (depósitos, cuentas de ahorro, cuentas corrientes): conocimiento técnico, legal y fiscal de estos productos.Conocimientos de Mercados Financieros.Interés por la propuesta de valor de Triodos Bank.Inglés (hablado y escrito) Competencia profesional completa.Nivel avanzado paquete Office.¿Qué competencias básicas buscamos?
