As part of our Life Sciences Electron Microscopy Business Unit, you will play a key role in implementing the regional marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, and capturing market share gains.Responsibilities:Lead the EMEA regionalization of the global marketing strategy using a multichannel approachCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market adoptionLead quarterly regional market development meetings to report regional marketing performance and capture local product and market trends to adjust and refine strategy to best meet regional customer and commercial team needsConduct regional sales and customer interviews to refine the regional marketing message and sales enablementDevelop effective sales tools and customer-facing materials in collaboration with product management and regional commercial teamsNurture relationships with key opinion leaders and partners in the regionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field, with > 3 years of related work experienceMinimum 3 years of customer-centric marketing, sales, or sales support experienceExperience in developing successful lead generation programs using multi-channel strategiesStrong communication skills and ability to work in a complex, highly-matrixed organization, experience in microscopy a plusSelf-starter and fast learner to manage multiple projects' scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completionWillingness to travel (~25%), including internationallyJoin our world-class team in Eindhoven, Netherlands, or Brno, Czech Republic and make a significant contribution to the field of electron microscopy.Apply today#J-18808-Ljbffr
