Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a Senior IT que se sume a nuestro equipo de IT-INTERNAL SERVICES y contribuya a velar por la correcta configuración de los sistemas internos, su seguridad, integridad y disponibilidad, así como a la prestación de un servicio de atención al usuario excelente.¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos una persona con titulación de Grado (Informática, Telecomunicaciones) y/o ciclos superiores en sistemas microinformáticos y redes, o similares. Con al menos 5 años de experiencia como administrador/a de sistemas y, en el desempeño de tareas vinculadas con la gestión y administración de dispositivos y herramientas de seguridad y, en particular, con experiencia en:Networking: Fortinet, HA proxy, balanceadores, Shopos, VPN cliente, VPN usuarios.Cloud y sistemas de virtualización: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, proxomox, Docker/Kubernetes.OS y administración de sistemas: Linux, Windows Server, Tomcat, BBDD (MariaDB y MySQL), lenguajes de scripting.Otras herramientas: sistemas de monitorización (Pandora, nagios, Centreon), GLPI + OCS, Jira, Ansible, herramientas y sistemas de Backup.Elaboración de manuales y documentación técnica asociada a los sistemas.Deseable conocimiento de ITIL y ISO27K. Contar con un nivel alto de inglés y/o italiano será un plus.Buscamos una persona con capacidad de comunicación y análisis, con orientación al cliente (en este caso interno), resolutiva y buen/a jugador/a de equipo, que contribuya a enriquecer la diversidad de nuestro equipo.Valoramos positivamente las solicitudes de personas con certificado de discapacidad igual o mayor al 33%, en cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, Ley General de Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad y de su inclusión social (LGD).¿Qué retos y tareas puedes encontrar en este puesto?Velar por la correcta configuración de los sistemas internos, su seguridad, integridad y disponibilidad.Supervisar y ejecutar tantas tareas como sea necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento del área y los sistemas/infraestructuras.Dar soporte de nivel 2-3 de sistemas internos.Realizar administración de entornos.Detectar mejoras dentro del servicio de infraestructura interna de la compañía.Garantizar la coordinación de tareas con terceras partes.Realizar automatizaciones mediante scripts.Implementar e integrar herramientas de seguridad.¿Qué ofrecemos?Tipo de contrato: Indefinido a tiempo completo (de lunes a viernes).Lugar: Zaragoza (posibilidad de teletrabajo entre 1, 2 y 3 días a la semana).Salario: a convenir.Plan de compensación flexible (tarjeta comida, tarjeta transporte, cheque guardería, seguro médico y formación).Posibilidad de desarrollo profesional y formación.#J-18808-Ljbffr
