Join us in our journey to transform the future of renewable energyWhat You Will DoAs a Senior Acquisition Manager at Babio, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition (homeowners) across various online channels. You will also analyze data, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute digital B2C customer acquisition strategies through Paid Social, SEM, Display, SEO, Email Marketing, and Affiliates.SEM Campaigns: Oversee in-house management of Search and Display campaigns, including keyword research, copy briefings, landing page creation, optimization, and testing.Paid Social Campaigns: Handle in-house management of Paid Social campaigns, from briefing and uploading to testing, publishing, and ongoing optimization.Affiliate Management: Manage affiliate marketing efforts internally.Creative Coordination: Work with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.A/B Testing: Integrate A/B testing strategies across all channels.Partnership Development: Develop digital partnerships to drive brand awareness and conversion.Marketing Automation & Nurturing: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel, including email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.Reporting: Ensure all campaigns are tagged for effective reporting and provide weekly activity, KPI, and budget reports.Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align digital acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.Market Awareness: Stay informed about digital multichannel marketing trends and competitive activities.We're Looking For Someone WhoWe welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition.Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.G., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools)
