This role requires a strong overview of the commercial triangle: research, analytics approaches and their applicationKey responsibilitiesDrive and improve data driven decision makingExecute industry analysis to support (i) strategic planning at the management level, (ii) planning for sales teamsInform executives and key teams on various topics based on the results of quantitative modellingDesign, build and analyze performance dashboards (on the sales funnel) comprising multiple data sources and advanced (data science) analytics, to create and deploy insights (incl. predictive insights)Apply strategic thinking and commercial go-to-market into analytical problems and provide meaningful insightsDrive the solving of commercial problems using analytical and statistical rigorOwnership of Travel Distribution/Regional bilateralsShape meeting agenda and action plan. Focus on requests and strategic issues.Partner with Travel Distribution organisationDeliver insight on Regional performance to TRD leadership expansion of reporting insights to areas including but not limited too (disintermediation, NDC)Practical implementation growth process for TRD at regional levelIndustrialization of growth process at regional level and associated performance reporting.Cooperation & Alignment with central teamsWork closely with central teams and other regional counterparts in planning and performance monitoring activities in regions.Create, manage & improve tools and documentation supporting the processes regionally and globally.Represent region in global projects and task forces for relevant initiativesThe ideal candidateUniversity degree in Business / Economics / Mathematics, or related subjects.
