Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Chief of staff (H/F) pour rejoindre l'aventure Bruce à Barcelone.
Véritable consultant interne rattaché au CEO, vous serez le garant du bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise et le relais de la direction sur tout sujet en lien avec la structuration du projet.
Poste et missions : - Pilotage et gestion de projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, conduite de plan de transformation - Pilotage et suivi de la performance globale de l'entreprise (suivi et analyse des KPIs clés) - Définitions des processus cibles et déploiement d'outils clés pour l'amélioration de la performance - Définition de l'organisation cible des différents services (sales, marketing, operations, customer success) - Identification et définition des besoins en recrutement et de la stratégie des Ressources Humaines - Implication sur les sujets stratégiques avec divers activités : analyse de données, études de marché, préparation de préparation, reportings aux différentes parties prenantes (i.e.
investisseurs, communications internes, comité de direction, etc.)
- Identification de points de blocage et points clés pour les équipes en interne Profil recherché : - Diplômé d'une formation supérieure de très bon niveau (écoles d'ingénieurs ou de commerce groupe A) 2 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet de conseil en organisation et stratégie - Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets - Esprit analytique et capacité à faire parler la donnée dans une orientation business - Excellent relationnel, excellente communication et capacité à travailler en équipe - Prise de recul et vision stratégique - Forte capacité d'organisation et de gestion du stress pouvant émaner de projets hautement stratégiques Process de recrutement : 1 - Premier entretien en visio avec un membre de l'équipe RH (30 minutes).
