The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in strategy and execution, ready to make a significant impact alongside the CEO:Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments.Start-Up/Scale-Up Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic environment is highly valued.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus.Autonomy & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and deliver results independently while maintaining accountability.Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate ambiguity and excel in an ever-changing, high-pressure environment.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while also diving into the details when required
