As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, driving execution on top projects, and delivering high-level reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional and dynamic role that will require strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesCEO Priorities: Support the CEO on strategic priorities and top-level initiatives, ensuring clear follow-through and execution.Strategic Projects: Lead and oversee high-impact projects critical to the company's growth and success, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed, data-driven investor reports and presentations to ensure clear and accurate communication with investors and stakeholders.Company Reporting: Manage company-wide reporting, aligning KPIs and metrics to provide the CEO and leadership team with visibility into business performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company (Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across teams and implement streamlined workflows to drive operational excellence.Decision Support: Leverage data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that help define and execute on the company's strategic objectives.Your ProfileExperience: 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments.Start-Up/Scale-Up Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic environment is highly valued.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
